Посылка пришла быстро, в течении месяца. Все ленты упакованы в индивидуальный пакет. Заказывала специальный мешочек, чтобы удобно было носить и хранить. Он сшит из ткани, похожей на подкладку. Продавец так же положил инструкцию с упражнения для ног и рук, что радует. Сами ленты хорошие, плотные.
